My year is over--how come I'm still being billed?

If you were paying monthly or quarterly for your membership, billing stops automatically when your year is up, and you will never be charged again.
The only exception is if you fell a few days or weeks behind on payments at some point due to an expired credit card–in that case, you may have 1 or 2 charges left.
You can confirm this with Monica (our Member Support Manager) if needed by emailing email@example.com.
