The club is not meant as a place to vent or discuss problems at work.
People do talk about their struggles with implementing the club strategies from time to time ("I tried X today and this part went well, but I had problems with Y. Any suggestions?") However, those conversations should be focused on the productivity strategies, rather than misusing the club as an emotional support group.
Remember, you never want to go into a group of thousands of strangers on the internet and say anything negative about your job, students, principal, etc--it could jeopardize your teaching position if you did.
