The reset password email is sent within 60 seconds of you requesting it. If you haven't received it by that time, check under Spam/Junk, Newsletters, and any other folders to make sure it didn't wind up there.

If you are using a school email address or cable company email address (Comcast, etc), their server will almost certainly block all emails from unknown senders that include links.
