Occasionally there will be a glitch in our system which causes your order history to display two order numbers instead of one. Typically one order will show your payment amount and the other will be marked "free." 


This does not impact your account at all and you will NOT be charged twice.


You can check your online banking/credit card system to ensure you weren't double charged, and send us an email if you see any problems. You can also email us if you'd like the duplicate order removed from your account.
